Andrew has a BA in Linguistics and an MFA in Design and, through a series of reasonable but questionable decisions, found his way into health, movement, and fitness.

Over the past 20 years, he has traveled and lived throughout the US, Cambodia, France, and Chile while studying a wide range of disciplines including resistance training, rucking, yoga, Muay Thai, mobility work, meditation, and endurance training.

His coaching style blends functional strength, movement, mobility, and conditioning with an emphasis on community and real-world capability. Whether working one-on-one or leading group sessions, Andrew focuses on helping people build strength, resilience, and confidence without losing the human side of training.

He also runs a private chef project called Usually Unusual.
