Outdoor Strength Club

Build strength, endurance, and community — outside. This isn’t just a walk in the park. It’s a guided outdoor training session combining rucking, functional strength work, mobility, and team-based conditioning in a supportive group environment.

One-on-one

Integrative Training

Training sessions are built around strength and conditioning and can take place in your home, apartment gym, or preferred fitness facility. Workouts use tools like kettlebells, resistance bands, medicine balls, and jump rope, and each session finishes with a guided stretching cool-down. You can also optionally incorporate breathwork and meditation—customized to your goals and comfort level.

Physical Therapy + Training

Vitality Program

The Vitality Program is a private, year-long health and performance experience for people who want their body to work with them, not against them. This is fully coordinated care: physical therapy, functional medicine, nutrition, lymphatic work, and personal training all aligned under one plan, one team, and one goal.
