Welcome! I help clients develop long-lasting habits for the mind and body by combining fitness, breathing, cold therapy, and meditation.

What it looks like

Training sessions are built around strength and conditioning, using tools like kettlebells, resistance bands, medicine balls, and jump rope. After the workout, we’ll cool down with stretching. You can optionally layer in breathwork, meditation, or cold exposure—available as needed and customized to your preference.

Pricing

  • Single session: $115 ($90 virtual)

  • 6 sessions: $630 ($510 virtual)

  • 12 sessions: $1,080 ($840 virtual)

    Want to train with a partner? You can add a second person to any session for an additional $20 per session.

Sessions may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
