Move to Meditate provides practical, science-based preparation so meditation practitioners can arrive ready—able to sit with more ease, breath capacity, and internal steadiness. By preparing the body first, the mind is free to focus, deepen, and fully engage with the meditation practice.

What it looks like

Your session begins with a meditation-focused workout designed to prepare the body for stillness. We’ll move through:

- 20 minutes of targeted strength and mobility
- 10 minutes of stretching
- 10 minutes of breath training
- 20 minutes of meditation

Each in-person session is $120.

Continue your training before your retreat

If you want structured preparation in the days and weeks leading up to your retreat, you can add remote guided training through the Everfit app. I’ll design short, meditation-specific workouts—combining mobility, strength, breathwork, and cold exposure—to support your progress.

Weekly programming rates:

- 1x weekly = $30 per session
- 2x weekly = $25 per session
- 3x (or more) weekly = $20 per session

Package examples
- 1 x weekly for 4 weeks = $120 (4 sessions)
- 2x weekly for 4 weeks = $200 (8 sessions)
- 3x weekly for 4 weeks = $240 (12 sessions)

Retreat Support

I work with meditation centers, monasteries, and retreat leaders to provide movement and breath training that enhances the retreat container. Sessions are designed to help participants sit longer with less pain, regulate their nervous systems, and meet the intensity of retreat with greater steadiness.

On-site offerings include:
- 20–30 minute morning movement sessions
- Afternoon posture + mobility work
- Sitting-position problem-solving
- Breath training for energy, focus, and calm
- Pain management techniques using strength, mobility, and breath
- Optional cold exposure workshops (if appropriate for your retreat)

Pricing

I offer simple, transparent rates for retreats:

Daily Rate = $500 per day

Includes:
- up to 2–3 sessions per day (morning + afternoon + optional evening)
- all customized programming
- participant guidance and troubleshooting

Weekend Retreats (2–3 days) = $1,000–$1,500
Depending on travel, number of sessions, and group size

7–10 Day Retreats = $3,000–$5,000 total

Includes:
Movement programming, breath sessions, posture coaching, and ongoing participant support.
