Tuesday / Thursday / Saturday — 9am at Gordon River Greenway • Naples, FL

Build strength, endurance, and community — outside. This isn’t just a walk in the park. It’s a guided outdoor training session combining rucking, functional strength work, mobility, and team-based conditioning in a supportive group environment.

Each workout blends steady-paced movement with rotating strength stations using medicine balls, resistance bands, bodyweight exercises, carries, and mobile sled-style cart pulls.

Whether you’re brand new to rucking or already training regularly, sessions are designed to scale to all fitness levels.

What to expect

  • Guided 5-mile group ruck

  • Weighted or unweighted options

  • Functional strength intervals throughout the route

  • Medicine balls, bands, carries, and bodyweight work

  • Team-based conditioning challenges

  • Coaching on pacing, form, and progression

  • Supportive outdoor community atmosphere

Bring water, comfortable shoes, and a willingness to work. Rucking vest optional.
