Services

Training sessions are built around strength and conditioning, using tools like kettlebells, resistance bands, medicine balls, and jump rope. After the workout, we’ll cool down with stretching. You can optionally layer in breathwork, meditation, or cold exposure—available as needed and customized to your preference.

Move to Meditate draws from movement science, breath physiology, and contemplative practice to provide practical preparation for meditation. By exploring how the body can be prepared first, practitioners arrive ready—able to sit with more ease, breath capacity, and internal steadiness—so the mind is free to focus, deepen, and fully engage with the meditation practice.
