Integrative Training
Training sessions are built around strength and conditioning, using tools like kettlebells, resistance bands, medicine balls, and jump rope. After the workout, we’ll cool down with stretching. You can optionally layer in breathwork, meditation, or cold exposure—available as needed and customized to your preference.
Small Group
Weekly Rucking Club
Join our Weekly Rucking Club for a 5-mile guided ruck designed to challenge your body and clear your mind. Whether you’re new to rucking or looking to level up your fitness, this session blends steady-paced walking with intentional strength work along the way.

The Vitality Program is a private, year-long health and performance experience for people who want their body to work with them, not against them.
