Services

Training sessions are built around strength and conditioning, using tools like kettlebells, resistance bands, medicine balls, and jump rope. After the workout, we’ll cool down with stretching. You can optionally layer in breathwork, meditation, or cold exposure—available as needed and customized to your preference.

Integrative Training

The Vitality Program is a private, year-long health and performance experience for people who want their body to work with them, not against them. This is fully coordinated care: physical therapy, functional medicine, nutrition, lymphatic work, and personal training all aligned under one plan, one team, and one goal. No guessing.
